Fête de la musique #1 Baroque Music Duo

Are there more beautiful overtures  than Haendel’s duos, by Bertrand Dazin and Jeanne Monteilhet, to start this evening  at the water’s edge and celebrate the comeback of live music? Free entrance! This event, on the shores of the Oise river will perfectly embody the theme of this 29^th season of the Festival, inspired by Schubert’s famous lied, Auf sem Wasser zu singen ( Singing on the water). Two major styles are proposed:  a Baroque session, on the one hand, and songs from the operas from the repertoire, on the other hand. Jeanne Monteihet and Bertrand Bazin have performed with the most renowned artists. They will enchant us with Haendel’s duos, “ the triumph of love”. They will be accompanied with Muriel Perez, pianist who has chosen two masterpieces of Liszt.
