The Forest Festival, which for 27 years has invited its audience to walk in the forest before concerts, was a precursor. In its 26<sup>th<\/sup> edition, it created the <strong>Musical Forest Baths <\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Distinct from concerts, these marches combine contact with nature and listening to live music, because they have many points in common and pursue the same goal: connection with oneself, a source of harmony and well-being. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Musical forest baths<\/strong> benefit from the experience accumulated by the festival in supporting the public in the forest and in mediation. Two people have finely crafted them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.metanature.fr\">Jean-Luc Chavanis <\/a>, coach, consultant and trainer, designer of the <em>M\u00e9tanature<\/em> method of mediation in business, author of <em>Ces Jardins qui nous aident <\/em>(ed. Le Courrier du Livre)<\/li><li>Christine Vervel, hospital doctor, pediatrician, member of the board of directors of the Forest Festival.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Musical forest baths<\/strong> are for everyone and offer the following experiences:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Departure and arrival in a historic site to discover, in the middle of the forest or on the edge;<\/li><li>A welcome drink or coffee;<\/li><li>An easy walk in the forest totaling around 5 to 6 kilometers;<\/li><li>Time for observation, listening, breathing and meditation guided by the mediator;<\/li><li>Exercises of connection to nature, especially with trees (the famous <em>tree hugging <\/em>);<\/li><li>The presence of music in the middle of nature, in accompaniment of certain exercises;<\/li><li>Music listening breaks, in the forest and at the place of departure or arrival;<\/li><li>On the way back, a tasting of exceptional teas;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end, simple and reproducible exercises are given to the participants: the Musical Forest Bath, by establishing an intimate and attentive contact with nature and with music, opened a path towards self-knowledge, harmony and well-being.
